Who can use KAVIXO

Accounts are for adults aged 18 and above. Visitors under 18 may only use anonymous Explore Mode — no account is created, no personal information is collected, and no personal session is stored.

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect the identifier you sign up with (an email address or a phone number), your name, your date of birth (used only to confirm you are 18+), and a securely hashed password. When you buy a plan, our payment partner Razorpay processes the transaction; we receive a payment reference and status, but we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.

We do not collect Aadhaar, DigiLocker, or any government identity documents, and we never ask for them.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account, give you access to the plans and study material you purchase, confirm your age eligibility, provide support, and send you essential service messages (such as password resets and payment confirmations).

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that run KAVIXO: Supabase (secure database and authentication) and Razorpay (payments). We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data security & retention

Passwords are stored hashed, and access is protected by row-level security. We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time using the contact details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
